Rob
I'm Rob, owner of R and B Fitness. I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2015. Then, I continued my knowledge to become an advanced Level 4 Personal Trainer. Over the years, I wanted to help people achieve their fitness goals in a more sustainable way. Therefore, in 2021, I launched R and B Fitness, where our aim is to provide clients with the personalised programs they would receive in a costly 1-to-1 session but within our community-based small group PT sessions at fraction of the cost. Not only do I run R and B Fitness, but I also have an online PT platform and help residents in care homes rebuild their mobility and strength. I am also qualified in sports massage and hold a Level 4 certification in Nutrition. No matter your fitness level or background, my mission is to support you in building strength, confidence, and long-term results. Whether you're training in our gym, working with me online, or improving mobility later in life, I'm here to help you every step of the way.
Rayner
As a teen, I was overweight but found my passion for Muay Thai after joining a friend's local class. This ignited my fitness journey, leading to a 5.5 stone loss. I now enjoy various activities, including boxing, Les Mills, and marathons. My passion evolved into coaching, specializing in weight loss; my biggest client lost 21.5 stone.
James
With 30 years in fitness and 18 as a trainer, I specialize in fat loss and muscle building. I've logged over 20,000 hours helping clients improve their health and lifestyles. My approach focuses on balance, strength, and endurance, and I adapt routines to fit individual needs. I hold a 6th degree black belt in Taekwondo and represented GB in 2003.
Andy
My name is Andy I’m 51 yrs old from biddenham Bedford. I've been working in the fitness industry for over 25 years. I studied at de Montfort university Leicester. I have a level 2 GNVQ in fitness and I’m a level 3 personal trainer. I also have my level 1/2 FA coaching badges. I currently have my own Clients that I coach and I also coach at RandB fitness as a personal trainer. I also have certification from the school of Calisthenics’s to coach: Bar and Ring Muscle ups, Human flags, Frog stand to handstand, Back lever I also teach kettlebells. I have had a lot of guidance from Rob at RandB fitness learning lots of Calisthenics’s movements.

I've always been active, competing in dance and swimming from a young age. When I stopped, I felt something was missing—until I discovered the gym. What began as a hobby soon became a passion. After having my first two children, I turned that passion into a career and have now been a Personal Trainer for over 15 years. As a busy mum of three, I understand the challenges of balancing fitness with daily life. That’s why I create flexible, effective programs that fit seamlessly into your routine. With a holistic approach to training, I focus on both physical fitness and mental well-being. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength building, or overall health, we’ll achieve it together—at any age or fitness level.

Hi I’m Nav, I was that kid who couldn’t sit still and now I’m that adult who can’t sit still. I’ve enjoyed playing sport and staying fit for as long as I can remember. Since qualifying as a personal trainer in 2022 I’ve enjoyed sharing that joy with clients. I’m here to help you feel fitter, stronger, more confident and (most importantly for me) to have fun whilst doing it.

Hi, I’m Jamie. I’ve been in the health, fitness and wellness industry for 18 years. It all started by studying sports science at university. My career experiences have taken me to working in mental health settings in the NHS helping people with their health and wellbeing. My expertise is within weight loss and lifestyle transformation after working with over 1,000 clients in person and online. I look forward to working with you.
