Founded by Rob, a Level 4 qualified personal trainer with over a decade of hands-on fitness experience, R&B Fitness is the product of lived challenges and real resilience. After working in commercial gyms, launching and selling a successful parkour business, and training hundreds of clients, Rob built R&B Fitness to bring expert coaching and genuine support under one roof.

Now three years in, with a growing team of six experienced personal trainers in Bedford, the studio has helped transform lives across Bedfordshire — from complete beginners to seasoned gym-goers.

Stretch & Flow

If you are looking for a yoga class in Bedford, our Stretch & Flow session focusses on flexibility and mobility. Great for improving posture, reducing stress and aiding recovery.

Pedal Power

A high-energy indoor cycling class that builds endurance and cardio fitness with low joint impact.

Calisthenics

Bodyweight-focused training to build strength, control and functional fitness. Ideal for improving stability, mobility and coordination.

Strength & Conditioning

A dynamic circuit-based workout that develops total-body strength, boosts cardiovascular health, and builds muscle tone.

Community-Focused Gym Classes (Pay-As-You-Go)

Alongside our member-exclusive training, we also offer inclusive mental health and social fitness sessions—open to everyone, no membership needed.

These weekly sessions combine 30–40 minutes of light exercise with around 20 minutes of relaxed social time, giving people a chance to move, connect, and chat in a welcoming, non-judgemental space. It’s all about feeling better—physically and mentally.

2 weeks in, 6kg down! I’m so grateful that I’ve found R&B fitness. Honestly, following postpartum, I’ve always found it a challenge to be consistent. This place is magical. Without forcing, without feeling drained, you feel like you WANT to go and WANT to be there - to achieve your goals (whatever that is - weight loss / muscle gain / strength etc). As someone who used to always go to the gym years ago, I’ve realised that sometimes this could actually be a complete waste of time. Only now, have I realised, how important it is to get the right form when weight training.
