Completely. We are a private PT centre with a maximum of five people per session. There are no crowds, no intimidating atmosphere, and your coach knows you by name. Our members consistently describe the environment as welcoming and supportive.

Our coaches are trained to work with members who have mental health conditions and understand the importance of a supportive, patient approach. For clinical mental health concerns, we recommend working alongside your GP or therapist.

Yes. We accept GP exercise referrals and our Level 4 qualified coaches can design programmes for people referred with mental health conditions. Speak to your GP about a referral to R&B Fitness.
