Calisthenics is about more than just doing push-ups and pull-ups. It is a progressive discipline where you build towards increasingly advanced movements. Your coach maps out a clear progression path, starting from wherever you are now and working toward skills you might not believe are possible yet. Every session moves you one step closer to movements that once seemed out of reach.

Bodyweight and Weighted Combined

At R&B Fitness, we blend calisthenics with weighted training for the best of both worlds. Your programme might include bodyweight pull-ups alongside weighted dips, or pistol squats paired with barbell hip thrusts. This hybrid approach builds functional strength that transfers to real life, sport, and advanced bodyweight skills.

Coached Technique

Calisthenics requires precise technique to progress safely. Your coach watches every rep, cues your body position, and spots you through challenging movements. In our 5 to 1 sessions, with a maximum of five people per coach, you get the attention you need to develop clean technique from day one. That coaching quality is what separates progress from plateaus.
