Maximum 5 clients per coach. Every member follows their own individual programme with three supersets of paired exercises. Your coach watches every rep, corrects your form, and adjusts your weights in real time. This is personal training in a small group setting.

Up to 12 members with structured programming adapted to individual levels. Your coach briefs each member before the session and circulates throughout, giving form corrections and personalised coaching cues. A great option for those who enjoy a bigger group atmosphere.

Had a break from training? Whether it's been months or years, your programme is designed for where you are now, not where you used to be. We'll rebuild your fitness safely and progressively.
Already training? Your coach designs a programme that challenges you with progressive overload, advanced movements, and periodised programming. The 5:1 ratio means you still get real coaching on your technique.

In our small group PT sessions, every member has their own programme designed for their goals and abilities. Your coach watches your form, adjusts your weights, and progresses your training individually.

Not at all. Because every person gets their own programme, your workouts are designed for your current fitness level. You train alongside others but your exercises, weights, and targets are all individual. Your coach ensures you're always working at the right level for you.
