Free Consultation First

Before anything else, you sit down with one of our coaches for a free, no-pressure chat. We talk about your goals, any injuries or health conditions, your lifestyle, and what has stopped you from training before. This is not a sales pitch. It is the foundation of your programme, and it means your very first session is already tailored to you.

Your Coach Builds Your Programme

Based on your consultation, your coach writes a programme that matches your current fitness level. If you have never done a squat before, they will teach you from scratch. If you are not sure what a deadlift is, they will show you step by step. Every exercise is demonstrated, explained, and coached so you build confidence alongside strength. There is no assumption that you already know what you are doing.

Small Groups, Big Support

Our 5 to 1 format means a maximum of five people per coach. That is crucial when you are starting out, because it means your coach can watch your technique closely and correct small errors before they become bad habits. That is literally the point of having a coach. You are not supposed to know what you are doing on day one. Your coach guides every session, demonstrates every exercise, and makes sure you leave each session knowing more than when you arrived. You might, but everyone follows their own programme. A beginner doing bodyweight squats could be training next to someone doing barbell squats, and both are being coached individually.
