Your coach writes your programme specifically for your goals, your body, and your ability level. That means two people training side by side could be doing completely different exercises, and that is exactly the point. Your programme follows a structured superset format with three pairs of exercises plus individual conditioning work tailored to your fitness level.
With a maximum of five people in the room, your coach sees everything. They correct your form before bad habits develop, they push you when you are holding back, and they scale the difficulty as you get stronger. This is not a gym class where the instructor shouts from the front. Your coach is on the floor with you, hands-on, making sure every movement counts. That level of attention is what separates real coaching from just supervising.
Every session is logged, every set is recorded, and every four weeks your programme progresses. We use InBody body composition scanning to track your muscle mass, body fat percentage, and hydration levels so you can see exactly what is changing. Combined with weekly check-ins and nutrition guidance, you get the full coaching experience that most people only associate with expensive one-to-one personal training.
One-to-one personal training is brilliant, but most people do not need it. In a gym class, everyone does the same workout and the instructor cannot watch everyone. In 5 to 1, your programme is written specifically for you and your coach corrects your form throughout the session.
Most of our members train two to four times per week. Your coach will recommend a frequency based on your goals, recovery, and lifestyle during your free consultation.
You will complete three supersets of exercises, each pairing a compound movement with a core exercise. After the supersets, you finish with individual conditioning work tailored to your fitness level and goals.
