What to expect at a trial?
You will learn correct techniques which you could implement within the gym setting. For example how to squat, deadlift and bench press.

The session will last for 50 minutes, then you can have a brief chat with our personal after to discuss your fitness journey.

These guys are honestly fantastic!!! Every session is so much fun & different they also amend your workouts to exactly what you want to achieve! Would defo recommend I’d never go back to the gym. I generally enjoy fitness because of them absolutely 10 out of 10!

So I've been training with Rob for the last 4 months and what can I say apart from he's an amazing trainer, he's patient, postive and encouraging, you can't get much better than him. I've just met Bobby and trained with him aswell and let's just say them two together make such a great team who will push and support you to achieve your goals. I would 100% recommend theses guys
