Stretch & Flow is a structured small group PT session focused on mobility, flexibility, and muscular recovery. Inspired by yoga principles but rooted in functional fitness, it combines guided stretching with gentle movement to release tension, improve posture, and help your body move better day to day.

It’s a calm but purposeful session, perfect for rebalancing your training, especially if you also take part in strength or conditioning days within the 15-to-1 format.

Do I need to be flexible to start?

Not at all. The session is designed to increase flexibility gradually, with progressions for all levels.

Just a water bottle, towel, and comfortable clothing. Mats are provided.
